New guests must fill out all new guest intake forms. Please be thorough on any health conditions and or allergies, as they can have an impact on the service we are providing for you. You can fill out all forms via the online format that is sent to you with your appointment. Please fill these out prior to your arrival so we can review your file.
Guests should be on time for their scheduled time to take advantage of the full time reserved for their service. No additional time will be made available if guest is late and tardiness can result in a shortened treatment time or potentially rescheduling.
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive services without the approval or accompaniment of an adult
Any appointments made through the online reservation system must be done 4 hrs in advance. To reserve a time later than 4 hrs in advance please call the studio at 720-583-3806
In order to reserve your selected appointment time, first time guests will need to enter their payment information into our secured online system. The card will not be processed until after the appointment or if the cancellation policy must be enforced.
It is preferred that you arrive fresh faced with no eye or face makeup on for your lash appointment. In the event that you are coming from work etc. and cannot wash your face prior with a mild, water based cleanser, please allow enough time to clean your lashes while at the studio before your scheduled appointment as to not affect your service time.
Appointments are very important to NekturLAB Aesthetics Denver, each one is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes.
Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance to help you avoid any fees.
24 Hour Notice
If you reschedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled service you are subject to pay 50% of the scheduled service.
No Call, No Show
No shows are responsible for 100% of scheduled service amount or a $100 fee for consultations or $200 fee for appointments $200 or more
Same Day Notice
If you need to cancel an appointment the same day of service you are subject to pay 75% of the scheduled service.
Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our services.
Returns and refunds are limited to the following situations:
Gift card orders are not exchangeable and no refunds are given for gift card orders. All sales are final.
Products may be returned for a full refund if the products are unopened and unused. Product that is not working for you that has been opened and is less than 25% used can be returned for 75% or more refund.
We do not issue refunds on personal services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received, please notify the studio within three days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the office so the service you received can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost only if rescheduled within one week of the initial service.
Tracking your Order
When NekturLAB Aesthetics ships your package, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking number
